Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan

I got deported 12 months ago.I got in USA with photo substituted visa.I apply for asylum and I got deported for inadmissibility.My father is American, my mom green card holder my son US citizen.What are my chances to get waiver for reentry USA?Where my father must stay when I go for I-130 interview in Albanian or USA?

Faleminderit per pyetjen tuaj, a te kan refuzua azilin per shkak se imigracioni nuk besoji se ishe i presekutuem a por t'refuzuan azilin per arsye se gjygjtari besoj se falsifikove dokumentin (substituted visa) ? Kur eshte bere babi juaj shtetas i Amerikes dhe sa vjecar eshte djali juaj?

Te gjitha keto gjana do te luajn nje rrol te madhe qe te kesh nje "waiver" te aprovuar. Po ashtu keto gjana do te luaj rrol te rendesishem per te gjitha "waivers" tjera.
