Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan
My family has been waiting for approval to come here from Cuba since 1995
My Mother and Grandmother requested her sister/daughter and family to be able to come to the U.S. They both received letters stating that they have been approved, and it will take up to seven years, it has now been 10 years. We need to know what to do. What lawyer can help us.

You need to check the visa bulletin to see if the sister's priority date is current. I can help you find out if you can provide me a copy of your I-130 receipt or approval notice.
