my fianc� was deported has lived here 21 years we have a son been together 12 years he has 2 charges one was possession of marijuana, and the second oui charge but the possession of marijuana case was dismissed judge and prosecutor signed. We will be getting married was told a waiver is the only thing we can do what r the chances of bringing him back.
