Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan
My Fiance is getting blackmailed by his ex and we are nt sure how to go about it. He is scared because of his record and being an immagrant she keeps threatning that if he leaves her and doesnt stay she will falsely accuse him of abuse and have him deported and to take away his little baby girl so he never sees her again also he isnt sure if the baby is his but she keeps threatning with making sure he never sees her if he trys to do anything what should we do?
