Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan
I filed EB1-A four months ago and service center is Nebraska. At the time of filing, I had 15 (4 first author) papers, 3 book chapters (one is first author), many conferences abstracts, reviewed 18 peer review papers. Among the published papers, one of my co-authored paper (got letter from the lead author for equal contribution) was cited 160 times since 2009. This highly cited paper appeared as top 25 hottest article in the journal site for more than 2 years, My total citation count at the time of filing was 320. Together, I submitted five independent experts letters from Canada, Austria, Hungary, USA and 2 dependent letters, one from my former supervisor in Germany and other from present supervisor in USA. I also included my new offer letter from current university, which was enclosed along with petition.
After four months of filing, my total citation has increased to 360 and highly cited paper received 183 citations so far. Please advise me about my chances for EB1-A.Thank you
