Form I-130
Am here as an asylum and my case is still pending, under removal proceeding ,married to U.S citizen do file papers now or waite untill they tell me to get out of the country? thanks!

The answer to your question will depend upon a few additional factors - including whether you are currently before an immigration judge or on appeal, and when and how you first entered the US. In general you will likely want to file the marriage based application sooner rather than later, but more information is needed first.
