hi I'm a green card holder merried to a us citizenship. but recently i got cought in shoplifting what happens now It was third degree retail fraud in mi 93 days in jail and or $500 fine

You won't be deportable for this crime alone if you have no prior record. You will be if you get caught again. A competent attorney will find a way to keep this off your record.
