i am green holder.i file i 130 for my husband he take valuntry depature six month ago because he lie to officer in 1995 when he has asulym intrview.is there any way he can join me. or he can apply for v1 visa he is canadian.

Since he left the country on voluntary departure due to lying to an immigration officer, he will most likely need a waiver to obtain an immigrant visa through your petition. Waivers are fact specific and require a showing that a U.S. Citizen/green card holder spouse will suffer extreme hardship if the applicant is not able to return to the country.
