need info on 7th yr h1b extension

hi

am on the 6th yr of my h1 and need to apply for my 7th yr extension...my i-140 is pending,on eb2 category...

please let me know what will be the total filing fees for 7th yr extension...

also, after i complete my 7th yr, do i need to pay for my extension again,for every consecutive yr, till i get my green card

because i heard, some people saying, we need to pay for extension only once.....and then its totally free...

please clarify
