Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan

intent to deny letter answers to Caridad

Hi. Yes I still am married to this woman for 3 years.I don't know what to do about the intent to deny letter. No, I never responded to it. I wasn't sure what to do. That's why I'm asking about it here.

I'd like to know if I can withdraw or do something about my I-485 because I want to AVOID deportation. Please help.

I am assuming when you say that you are still married that you remain living together as husband and wife - if that is not the case, you have a different situation, but assuming it is the case you will want to respond with additional proof of the good faith nature of your relationship and not withdraw it. I suggest you consult an attorney as soon as possible on the matter.
