Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan
Married to an illegal alien.
My husband was denied a work permit because of an interview that was scheduled with INS and now his status is none. We were married in 2000 and have filed some forms I-130 (approved) but said that could not adjust status., and DS-230 I & II which some how vanished. How can we get him straightened out. He has been here for 10 years and until 1998 he was authorized. Do we start form the begining again? He was here as a asylee.
