Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan
MY Mother was a naturalized US Citzen in 1947 in 1949 she married my father and moved back to Canada to live. In 1959 she recieved a letter US Consulate that because she resided in Canada from 1949-1952 that she had lost her United States Nationality this came from Department of State I wanted to know if this was later ruled void
