Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan
supervision/ deportation
I f i am in deportation proceding and under supervision, can i still find an attorney in a different state to help me and then move to that state after the out of state attorney request my file ?

Its subject to the discretion of the Immigration Judge. Your out of state attorney has to file a "motion to change venue." The Judge will decide based on the grounds for changing venue ie. Do you live in the new state? Are you employed there? Do you have family residing there? etc.
