Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan
I came to usa in april 2004 on H1b visa, i got my green card in july'07 and i got convicted for 1 felony count for criminal sexual conduct in 4th degree, my spouse is usa citizen, will this all scenario lead me to deportation??? pls. help
