Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan
Can someone please tell me if a valid US passport is good enough to submit for( I-30 petition for alien relative) Or is it a must to submit a Naturalization certificate?

Hello:
Technically it is sufficient to show citizenship. However, USCIS may want to see the Naturalization Certificate.
