Legal Question in Insurance Law in Michigan
I was in a auto accident. An older man ran the stop sign, hit the back tire of my car and flipped the car to its side. At the time of the accident I had no-fault insurance. The EMS and fire truck was called to the sight of the accident. Since then I have received bills from the city of the EMS and fire services. The EMS bill was covered under my health insurance and the fire truck bill suppose to have been covered under auto insurance. So since I had only no-fault the company said I am responsible for paying that bill. Is that true or should the guy who caused the accident be liable for the bill under his auto insurance?
