Legal Question in Insurance Law in Michigan
I was in an automobile accident where i was not at fault. I didn't have any insurance though. My son was injured. I wanted to know if I filed a pain and suffering lawsuit for my child would I be sued since I had no insurance or would they go after the guy who hit us?

You son may be able to sue. You cannot get anything and may get sued yourself. You should consult with a local attorney ASAP.
