Legal Question in Insurance Law in Michigan
i have a car that was stolen over three months ago and the insurance company is now investagateing me. Is there a tim frame that they either have to pay or deny the claim? And they want a copy of my phone bill do I have to give this over?

usually when you sign an insurance contract, you also sign that you give them permission to investigate the claim and will cooperate in such an investigation. Not cooperating may cause them to not pay out on the claim. However, without seeing the documents, it is impossible to answer the question. http://www.wolverinelaw.com
