Car theft

My car was stolen my sister was the primary driver the insurance company is sending me to a depostion to see if i had sometning to do with the car being stolen also they are asking for my fianicial history to see if i counld not afford the car so they can say i had my car stolen

I recommend getting an attorney. Once an insurance carrier sends an insured for an EUO (examination under oath) it is my opinion they have already made up their mind.
