Legal Question in Insurance Law in Michigan
I was driving a car without proper insurance, it was not a valid insurance and i got into an car accident. Now the insurance company is suing me? A note was posted on my door saying please be advised that we are attempting service of legal documents upon you, please call within 24 hours. What should I do now? Should I call or wait?
what are the possible consequence, when i do go to court?

Yes, that is proper. If you get served you need to answer the complaint within 21 days or you will have no court date ever. I would strongly advise discussing your options with an attorney. I have defended these cases before.
