Legal Question in Insurance Law in Michigan
My ex-husband died. Insurance policy named his mother as benificenary, who is also deceived.he has no children. Am I legally entitled to the benefits.

No, his heirs are entitled to the policy under state law. An ex-spouse is not an heir unless he did a post divorce will adding you. Who are his other relatives?
