hit and run

how do i take to court the owner of a vehicle that was involved in a hit and run which was driven by an illegal with no drivers license ending in the totalling of my vehicle,which was worth more then AAA,which is my insurance paid out to me.

by its nature, a hit and run accident is with an unknown driver. Therefore, I dont know how you would find them. If you to know who it is report it to the police.
