Legal Question in Insurance Law in Michigan
My parents insurance company stated that they filed a suit for accounts receviable and breach of contract aganist my deceased parent and two siblings (both named beneficary) this is also in dispute
Parent was receiving a monthly annunity called (lifetime) and periodic lump sums from deceased son. Insurance company holding payments for last 6 months that would have been received by my parent before death. This was because of sibling dispute over who was managing the funds for parent
