What is my insurance companies responsibility to me after I was invovled in motorcycle accident which left me disabled (loss of arm)?

In Michigan, it is most likely that you should recieve payment for all reasonable charges incurred for necessary products, services, and accomdations for your care, recovery, and rehabilitation; as well as up to three years of lost wages, and replacement services benefits. If another party was at fault, you may have a claim against that party. If you were hit by, or a another person was at fault, and that person did not have insurance, you may have uninsured insurance insurance which may compensate you for your loss. You should speak with an attorney regarding this soon as you have a three year limitation on bringing a claim. You may contact me directly if you wish.
