In Michigan, it is most likely that you should recieve payment for all reasonable charges incurred for necessary products, services, and accomdations for your care, recovery, and rehabilitation; as well as up to three years of lost wages, and replacement services benefits. If another party was at fault, you may have a claim against that party. If you were hit by, or a another person was at fault, and that person did not have insurance, you may have uninsured insurance insurance which may compensate you for your loss.
