Legal Question in Insurance Law in Michigan
I'm setting up an awareness walk for Interstitial Cystic and Endometriosis but ran into the problem of Group Insurance. Incase of someone getting hurt. IC and Endo networks have no funds and were hoping maybe there was a way around insurance. I was thinking a waiver and paying EMT hourly? Someone said I should contact you guys and see what you have to say. I'm a 19year old full time college studnet. I plan to raise money to help pay the cost. But I just really don'twant to pay insurance for a year just for one day. help?

Insurance is always a good idea. So is making things safe. If there are no funds or insurance, an injured party may not decide to sue a non-profit organization. They could attach future donations also. Tough call, but its the groups to make. www.kliszlaw.com Tim Klisz
