Legal Question in Insurance Law in Michigan
We have sled dogs and are always being asked if we would give rides. A few places (resorts and ski lodges) have asked us to give rides at their places of business. Would an assumed risk liability waiver be enough protection, or would we have to have insurance?

You would probably want both. Also, parents cannot release their minor children under a recent Michigan Supreme Court decision, so insurance would be a must. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss further. Tim Klisz
