Legal Question in Insurance Law in Michigan
Two years ago i was in a car accident, at the time i didnt have car insurance and now the other drivers insurance is coming after me for his medical bills. he didnt take the ambulance from the accident, he actually called the ambulance later. can his insurance company sue me for this and if so how much will the insurance company usually settle for? thank you

They can and will sue you for the whole amount they paid out. What they might settle for is hard to say. Hire local counsel to protect your interests.
