Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Michigan
Creative Commons Licenses (a version of copyright at creative commons.org) say that there are some jurisdictions where "Non-waivable Compulsory License Schemes" are law and people can't waive their royalty rights. Where can I find a list of those jurisdictions or check to see that my jurisdiction (Michigan, USA) isn't one of them?

No one is answering your question because it is a BS question. No one here knows what a "Creative Commons License" is, and even if we did, we do not know what your contract says. All of this is a matter of contract, and yes, people may waive their royalty rights.
Seek an attorney to take your case and help you, please. Thanks, and have a nice day.
