Do I need permission to use information contained in medical files? Such as notes and personal opinions of the therapists, doctors, and so on?

As a Franchise Attorney I think the answer is obvious. This is physician-patient privileged information. I don't know who you are, but don't even think about it. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
