How to protect a psychological model
How should I protect my Psychological model? I have a specific name for it. It is a model with a theory behind it. Nothing tangible. I do not want people using the term or idea.

Not sure what you mean because science is one of those fields where everyone tests ideas and wants it to happen. When you get credited for originating an idea, it promotes your reputation in the field. You may be able to trademark the name, but more likely you would want to use a trademark to distinguish your use of the name/idea from the use by others.
