Is it posiible to bring a Civil ''Wrongful Death Suite'' against a person (similar to the OJ Simpson/Goldman case) to a US Court even if the victum was killed outside of US Jurisdiction (ie Mexico)

Depends, the main question will be where is the defendant located and is hi/she a US Citizen.
