Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Michigan
Guardianship of my brother
My 16 year old brother lives in Michigan and I live in Colorado. He is going to come live with me because he has had problem with gangs and what not at his old school which caused him to drop out. My mom is going to consent to this. What would I need to do to get guardianship over him so I can get him in to school and what-not?

You will need to file a petition for guardianship in the probate court of the county in which you reside.
