Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Michigan

juvenille out of control

I have a 16 year old son who is very out of control. Drug possesion, running from police. He is still staying out for days at a time and I don't know his where abouts. Is there anyway I can sign off my parental rights so Iam not responsible for whatever he might be doing that I don't even know about? Iam already going to be in great debt for the court cases he created so far. Thanks, Mrs Rose

You want to "sign off your [PARENTAL!!] rights" just to save money????!

Editorialization on that thought aside ... the short answer is, "no, you cannot".

There is a process through which a minor can be legally emancipated, but the child has to file for this, the parent has to approve of it, and the child has to convince the court that he/she is mature and able to care for and (lawfully) support himself. From the little you've mentioned about your son, he will not qualify.
