my son is being charged for calling his principles house 5 times over a 6 minute period her husband is a detective for the county sherrifs office is ther anyway they will beable to charge him

Depending on your son's history for getting into trouble, such a complaint / charge seems very petty and it is hard to believe that a prosecutor would charge such a crime or that a petition would be authorized for such a charge. You might consider having your son write a letter of apology.

Yes, but if he's under 17, it will be as a juvenile.
