You are responsible for your child's attorney fees as the parent.

You are responsible for the fees. However, you can request a payment plan. More importantly though, it appears that your son is crying out for help. Repeatedly getting into trouble is grounds for a change in custody should you desire to file a motion in the family court.

Re: son sent to juvenile hall
As the child's legal father, you are responsible for reimbursing the court for what it's been paying out to try to rehabilitate your son (e.g., attorney fees, costs of counseling or other programs, per diem fees for being in detention, etc.), plus some state-mandated fees for all cases.
You can request a payment plan, which should be balanced with your ability to pay. So, it might be a low per-month amount, even if it takes you many years to pay off.
If restitution is owed to a victim by your son, the parent who had supervisory responsibility for your son when the offense happened can be ordered to co-pay any of that amount. So, if it happened when the boy was NOT in your care, then you cannot be ordered to co-pay restitution. but, the other fees and reimbursements to the court can be ordered.
