Move out where? How are you going to support yourself in ALL of your financial needs?
Until you turn 18, your parents are legaslly responsibile for providing for your financial support.
You are not emancipated until you turn 18 ... or until a judge grants a petition for emancipation (which is hard to do, in part because you have to show both emotional maturity and the ability to totally support yourself financially).
