Re: aftrer being hired work for 2 months then got fired
Does your ex have a union or some other form of employment contract? If not, then she is probably an at-will employee. This means they can fire her for any reason with a few exceptions. those exceptions are that they cannot fire her because of her race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability or for a reason that is supported by an emportant policy of the state government (for example you cannot be fired because you have served on a jury or filed a claim for workers compensation.)
The facts you describe certainly sound unfair. What could have happened in the last few months to change the test results? What if your ex passed up other opportunites to take this job? However, being unfair does not make it illegal.

If your ex believes that what happened to her was not only unfair but also illegal then she should consult with an experienced employment lawyer.
