Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

My boss often comes into the bar i work in, gets drunk and becomes verbally abusive. How can I take action to stop this? Is it illegal?

No it is not illegal, and if he is the boss of the bar? (not clear) then he clearly doesn't care. You can go to the owner to complain, or quit, as you are an at-will employee here in Michigan. Tim Klisz
