Child Labor

I want to know how to get a form to allow me to work more hours at my place of employment.

Michigan law limits persons under the age of 17 from working more than 48 hours per week, on average, when school is not in session. When school is in session, a minor is limited to 48 hours of work and school combined (in other words, if you attend school 30 hours per week, you may not work more than 18 hours per week). A person or entity employing a minor cannot permit the minor to work more than those amounts.
