Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

I was curious as to whether or not there was a statute of limitations in Michigan for wrongful termination for the company my husband worked for. They accused him of stealing an item that he didn't. He was furious with them and asked for them to show video or some other form of proof that he had done such a thing that he would never had done. They refused and told him at the time that if he didnt plead guilty that he would go to jail for it. He had never had any previous convictions or had never been in trouble with the law and was gullible to what they had said and pled guilty and lost his job. It has been about three years and it still bothers him very much for what the company had done to him. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thank

Your husband plead guilty to a crime. His termination was legal whether he plead or not. He was an at will employee who could have been fired for any reason. www.kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz

I don't mean to be unkind, but few in the legal profession would be interested in any alleged wrongful termination affecting a man when he has to have his mother, wife, or girlfriend contact the attorney.

In any event, he has no case.
