Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

I was demoted from my position due to lack of production, now that production has been up for over a month, other employees have been put back to there positions & new positions became available but my boss is telling me i cant go back to my position & would not consider me for the new available position. is there anything legal that i can do about this?

No. Your employer has a right to make decisions about the workforce no matter how illogical they may seem.
