Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

My employer is trying to fire me for unemployment fraud. I was placed on part time hours in April and was filing for underemployment. The notification I got from unemployment stated the amount i was entitled to. I would certify my weeks of unemployment online and would input the amount of earnings I received from my employer. Today I received notice they are trying to fire me for fraud of unemployment. Is this possible that they can???

Nobody I know ever receives notice from an employer that the employer is TRYING to fire them. You cannot be lawfully terminated for legitimate filings with the MESC.
