Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

Employer Messing up salary & accounts

My employer hired me from India in Jan 2007 and signed contract that he will pay me 60K annually. But when he filed my visa to USCIS, he mentioned he will pay me 48K annually. So when I came here (on 19 Jan 2007) he didn't pay me single penny till I got project on 15 Mar 2007. He paid me 60K annually till first 6 months. After six months we agreed that he will pay me 80% of my bill rate + insurance for my family (He didn't give me in writing saying its illgal to do so). We also agreed that he will run my payroll for lesser amount and the remaining will give in reimbursement (perdiem). He was fullfilling his promise untill Mar 2009 and now he started saying that he agreed on paying only my insurance and not for my family and so I have to pay him the past insurance amount of my family. And now he stopped paying perdiem (reimbursement) and saying that he won't pay untill he recover that past insurance amount. Do you think I can file a lawsuit against him for not paying salary (not only me but every employee he hires) till I got into project and that he payed me lesser amount of what he signed in the contract and also that he lied while filing for visa and signing contract with me. What are my chance of winning.
