Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

What do i do if i know that i was fired for Discrimination.. And I also want to sue for Emotional distress and pain and suffering.

If you cannot clearly articulate or describe the incident(s) that led you to believe that you were fired because of your race, sex, age, national origin, religion, etc., there isn't much you can do.

There is no law that protects workers against unexplained discrimination.
