Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

I was fired because they said i took 200 dollars. i am innocent. there is no camera evidence and i have 14 years good experience with the company as a manager. they didnt even investigate my side of the story is there any legal backing in my favor

No. You are at will in the state of Michigan and can be let go for any reason. Unless there was an illegal reason for the termination, then it is valid.
