Is Flex Time Legal?
My employer recently informed us that flex time is illegal and we can no longer use it. We had used this system for years, and loved it, until someone told him we could not. Now other people are saying they use it at their job and have for years. Who is right?

Flex time is not a right unless it is written into the employment contract, but it sounds strange that an employer would gut a long-standing policy just because someone told him so, without having looked into the impact on his employees and the law...but nothing is impossible!
I suspect though, that there's more to it than that.
