Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan
I am in the hair business. I get paid Commission. My employer is mandating an "education class" for product that I have to drive about an hour to get to the location and sit for another 2 hours. Can they mandate this on not pay me at least after I have worked fulltime for the week?
