Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan
At my job, my boss has been giving my hours to a coworker that makes more than I do. And is in a different higher position. My boss has been letting her work my position at her hourly rate at her position (which again is higher), so she can reach 40 hours. While I'm losing hours. Is this legal?
