Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

I am a manager of a store in Michigan. I am salary but it's not a very good salary for the minimum. Of 52 hrs. I have to work. Also there is a lot of manual larbor I have to do more than my assistant managers. When all is said and done my hours worked compaired to my salary pays me less an hour than my assistants. Is there anything legal I can do about this sistuation and should I get a good lawyer?
