Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan
Hi, I have a misdemeanor assalut charge in Michigan it been three years since it happened was laid off from my job but cant find a decent job because of that. It does not represent the type of person I am I just made a mistake do i have to wait the whole five years to get this expunged?

Yes, the statute requires you wait. It's too bad your attorney didn't get it taken under advisement, because it would be off by now. Tim Klisz
